Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We offer standard shipping to all U.S. addresses. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery location.

International shipping is currently unavailable, but we hope to offer it soon!

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days from shipment.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your order’s progress from our shelves to your door.
Damaged or Lost Items:

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged item or experience any issues with shipping, please contact us at support@thedreamersshelf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.
