Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • We offer standard shipping to all U.S. addresses. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery location.

  • International shipping is currently unavailable, but we hope to offer it soon!

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days from shipment.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your order’s progress from our shelves to your door.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged item or experience any issues with shipping, please contact us at support@thedreamersshelf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Holidays:

  • Please note that we do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed during holiday periods may experience slight delays in processing.
